    BizAlert is a web-based organization that collects customer satisfaction surveys and then provides lists of the “best and worst” businesses in local communities.

    How do I join BizAlert of Arkansas?

    It is easy.  All you have to do is complete a short membership application.  It takes less than 5 minutes.  Click on the “Join BizAlert” link on the home page and it will lead you to the online application.  In addition, one can be printed and faxed to our office. 

     

    The cost of the annual membership is $39.  This includes a one-time $10 application fee for processing.

    Do I have to be a member to submit customer satisfaction surveys?

    No.  Anyone who has used a product, service, or shopped on-line or at a store can submit a survey.

    How do I know if you received my survey response?

    If you received a “Thank you” message after you completed the survey and clicked on the “Submit” button at the end, your survey response was received.

    What happens to my personal information?

    BizAlert collects information that is needed to make surveys meaningful to our members.  We will never sell or release your personal data.  BizAlert guarantees your privacy.  For more details on our privacy policy, please see our privacy statement.

    How do I cancel my membership?

    If you change your mind about participating, you can opt out in several ways.  When you receive an email invitation you can reply to it with the word “Remove” in the body of the message and you will be inactivated.  You can also e-mail John Brown at jwbrown@bizalert.net with the word “Remove” in the subject and your membership in BizAlert will be inactivated.

     

    You can always reactivate your account at any time.
