What is the "Top Ten Listings"?
BizAlert's goal is to post a list of top ten businesses in each category (See List of Categories), with their rating and general information, including customer service information. The list will be prepared by the staff based on surveys that have been submitted by BizAlert's members. The list will be rotated every month to ensure fairness in listing top rated businesses.
In categories where there are no rankings, a list of businesses and service providers will be listed that have been taken from all types of advertisements and consumer submissions. Please rate these businesses as you use them. If a business or service provider has not been rated, it will be identified with a "NOT YET RATED" posting.
Members of BizAlert can check on the rating or status of any business by logging on to the Membership Home Page and clicking on the "Check the List" link.

BizAlert collects business information and consumer ratings on the businesses and service providers in Arkansas. There are over 250 categories, found in the yellow pages that pertain to home, auto, and other personal services. Our organization maintains the database and the information is shared with its members.

Requesting consumer information on local service providers: When our members are in need of services on their home, auto or other life needs, they can request information on the highest rated companies in their area. Members can call or e-mail to obtain this information. Or they can access it through the company website 24 hours a day.
BizAlert will provide service provider's specialties, company size, where they operate and serve, their company ratings and comments from others who have used their services.
BizAlert Community Pro Pages: Welcome to BizAlert's Professional Pages. Choosing a business can be difficult without helpful information. Through the "Pro Pages", local businesses and business leaders will share information and helpful tips for our members.
BizAlert Consumer Rating Service: This allows members, who have used a specific service, to rate the company on the:
- Quality of Customer Service Provided
- Quality of Service Performed or Quality of Product
- Timely Completion of Service
- Sufficient Guarantee or Warranty of Service/Product
- Cost of Service/Product
"The Community Classifieds" and Bulletin Board: This is where our members can buy, sell, trade, or promote anything going on in their communities, such as special events, seminars, or training events.
"The Community Kitchen": Welcome to the community kitchen, where our members gather “around the table” and share recipes, cooking tips, and entertaining ideas. And you can “Ask Wilma”, our own community chef.
"The Community Workshop": Welcome to the community workshop! Here we provide you tips, helpful hints, and information regarding your most important asset your home! And you can ask our expert homebuilder for advice in home repair, remodeling, or construction. Join us and share your ideas!
"The Community Shopper": Everybody looks for the best deal at the best prices. Our investigative shopper will help you by scouting out there these deals are.

All of this and much more is provided through an annual membership. Members can take advantage of all our services and access information through the website, monthly newsletter, community coordinators, or just pick up the phone and call. We are here to help you!
